The Frick Collection: Curated Picks

The Frick Collection is a museum housed at the former residence of Henry Clay Frick in Manhattan, New York. Though it is a small format museum, it is considered one of the most prestigious in its category, boasting an impressive Old Masters collection. (When Vermeer‘s Girl with a Pearl Earring toured the United States in 2013, it was shown at the Frick, as opposed to the Met or MoMA.) The Frick has been open to the public since 1935.
