Thomas Fogarty was an illustrator working in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, especially well known for his pen and ink drawings. He depicted American life inside and out, from the great outdoors to more domestic, social settings. Alongside George Brandt Bridgman, he taught at the Art Students’ League in New York City, helping to foster such talents as Norman Rockwell.
This collection features illustrations commissioned for The Outing Magazine.
